Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Answering questions and providing information about internet plans, services, and billing.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to internet connectivity, slow speeds, and other service disruptions.
- Account Management: Processing new service activations, upgrades, downgrades, and account changes.
- Complaint Resolution: Handling and resolving customer complaints about service quality, pricing, or technical problems.
