Be part of one of the biggest telecommunications accounts in the BPO industry! As a Telco Account Representative, you'll assist customers with their mobile, internet, or cable services—helping them stay connected while delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from customers regarding mobile, broadband, or cable service inquiries.
• Assist with billing concerns, plan upgrades, troubleshooting, and service activations.
• Resolve technical and account-related issues efficiently and professionally.
• Upsell products and services when applicable to meet customer needs.
• Document customer interactions accurately using internal systems.
• Provide real-time support while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.

Requirements

• At least High School Graduate
• Call center experience is preferred but "not required"
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work onsite
