Fashion Retail Account – Wipro BPO

As part of the Fashion Retail process at Wipro BPO, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and services to a leading global fashion and retail brand. The role involves handling customer interactions, order management, product inquiries, returns, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in alignment with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via chat, email, or calls.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, exchanges, and returns.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Provide personalized fashion and product recommendations (if applicable).
• Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards.
• Meet or exceed KPIs such as CSAT, AHT, and FCR.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, brand collections, and promotional offers.

Requirements

• High school graduate Old Curriculum
• Senior High School Graduate
• With or without bpo experience
• Virtual process ( Need Laptop or Desktop ) Required
