We are hiring a Shipping Admin to support daily shipping operations for Chemical Manufacturing company. Prefer active, detail-oriented candidates. Experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

  • Prepare shipping documents (invoice, DO, packing list)
  • Arrange and track shipments
  • Liaise with courier/freight companies
  • Update records and inventory

Requirements

  • Prior shipping/admin experience 
  • Proficient in Excel & basic admin tools
