Job Description

You will be part of the Reservation & Ticketing support team, assisting customers, travel agents & passengers with inquiries via calls, email & chat (90% inbound, 10% back office).


Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing fast, accurate & friendly support
  • Understanding customer needs & offering solutions
  • Building strong customer relationships
  • Protecting confidential data
  • Meeting performance targets


Start Date: 12 January 2026

Language: Simplified Mandarin

Shift: Rotational | 5 days on, 2 days off

Education: SPM / Diploma / Degree

Experience: Min. 6 months in Customer Service (BPO preferred)
