A Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products or services. The role involves handling customer interactions through phone, email, or chat while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Resolve complaints and issues effectively
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Document customer interactions and update records
• Escalate complex concerns to appropriate departments when necessary
• Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate
• At least one year BPO Experience
• Above average English communication skills.
