As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers via Call , Chat/Email and ensuring a positive experience through efficient, accurate, and friendly support. You will be the front line of communication between the company and its clients, helping resolve issues, answer inquiries, and provide information about products or services.
