Customer Service Representative – Telco Account

We are looking for dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our Telco account team. The Customer Service Representative will handle subscriber concerns through calls, chat, or email, ensuring prompt resolution of issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.


Work Location: Successful candidates will be assigned in Tarlac.


Salary & Benefits:

  • Entry-Level Salary: ₱19,000
  • Potential Maximum Salary: ₱20,500
  • Night Differential: Applies after regularization
  • Performance Incentives: Ranging from ₱10,000 up to ₱30,000–₱40,000+ depending on performance

Requirements

  • Provide excellent customer support for telco subscribers.
  • Handle inquiries related to billing, account status, technical concerns, and general service questions.
  • Offer accurate information and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Follow company guidelines and quality standards to meet performance metrics.


Qualifications:

  • Senior High School (SHS) or High School graduate
  • At least 18 years old and above
  • Not currently enrolled in school
  • Exclusions: Applicants from Education or Nursing-related courses are not accepted
  • Willing to relocate if residing outside the province
  • Must have at least 1 valid government-issued ID
  • Must follow company dress code: Smart Casual
  • Willing to be assigned in Tarlac
