Available Locations:
Marikina | Makati | Sta. Mezza
Salary Package: PHP 20,000
Sign-On Bonus: PHP 15,000
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School, or College Level/Graduate
- Good English communication skills
- Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
- Must be willing to work onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience
- Document all interactions properly
