Job Description
- Address and facilitate customer inquiries, requests, or complaints in person and through assigned channels
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
- Efficiently fulfill customer transactions while adhering to productivity and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of work experience in BPO
- Must have completed at least 2 years in college, or a 2-year vocational course
- Can work onsite (Makati) and on a dayshift/shifting schedule
