Responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries regarding their financial accounts, providing information on products and services, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through various communication channels, all while adhering to company policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- College graduate (FRESH GRADUATES ARE ALLOWED)
- with experience as CSR is preferred
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as long as with good communication skills
