- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Must have completed High/Senior High School.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with CRM software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Answer inbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and document interactions.
- Working Conditions: Office or remote work setting; may require shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a positive attitude.
