Job Description
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their insurance policies.
- Process claims and provide updates to clients promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college
- At least 1 year of international voice BPO experience
- Willing to work onsite during night shifts
