Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Document interactions and feedback in the customer management system.
- Preferably college graduates but undergraduates with proven experience in US Mortgage are also welcome
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US Mortgage accounts in a BPO/outsourcing or related setting
- Prior experience in Purchase or Refinance Processing highly preferred
- Candidates with backgrounds as Mortgage Associates, Loan Processors, or Customer Service Representatives (handling US mortgage clients) encouraged to apply
- Strong phone/customer interaction skills are a big plus
- Must be willing to work onsite in Alabang Town Center (Night Shift)
