- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language skills, excellent customer service abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, resolve inquiries, maintain a positive attitude.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve shift work.
