Description
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients via the designated communication channel (voice).
- Provide accurate information and guidance on services offered; educate customers when necessary.
- Handle a high volume of workload, including incoming and outgoing calls.
- Identify, understand, and address customer needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in accordance with training and company guidelines.
- Utilize available tools and resources to research and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, demonstrating strong language and interpersonal skills.
- Foster trust and maintain positive relationships with customers through open, engaging communication.
- Process agreed-upon customer requests and transactions using various computer systems and applications.
Requirements
- At least a high school graduate
- Open to fresh graduates, career shifters, and experienced agents
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig
