Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service, strong problem-solving abilities, technical skills, and familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, often involving extended periods on the phone.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and adaptability.
