• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat support for healthcare-related inquiries.
• Assist customers with account information, billing, benefits, and other service-related concerns.
• Provide accurate and timely solutions while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Document customer interactions using company systems and tools.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to achieve performance targets.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and the company

1. At least 6 months to 1 year of International BPO experience (preferably in Healthcare).
2. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
3. Tech-savvy and comfortable using various systems and applications.
4. Willing to work night shifts starting October 1.
5. Must be able to work on-site in Ortigas and full-time.
6. With complete pre-employment requirements.
