They are expected to display empathy, patience, and professionalism while resolving concerns, processing requests, and updating patient records, contributing to a positive experience for all clients and supporting overall healthcare operations.

• College Graduate with or without experience

• Completed 2 years in College with 6 mos BPO or customer service related experience

• Excellent English communication skills

• Basic knowledge with MS Office

• Willing to work on weekends and holidays

• Amenable to report on site (Bridgetowne, QC)

• Amenable to report on a night shift schedule
