Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales pipeline management and effective customer service techniques.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment; potential for remote work.
