Customer Service Representative – Corporate Travel (B2B)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and support to corporate travelers.
- Book flights, hotels, and cars using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Handle ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds on GDS platforms.
- Address traveler inquiries and provide timely, accurate resolutions.
Requirements
- At least High School Graduate.
- 1–2 years of experience in a Corporate Travel B2B account.
- Proficient in Sabre and Amadeus tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
