  • Assist with basic customer communication in Spanish and English
  • Support simple administrative tasks as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Learn and grow within the role with ongoing support

Requirements

  • Spanish Certification B1 and up
  • Excellent communication skills Spanish and English
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
  • Can start ASAP
  • BPO experience (good to have but not required)
