Description

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Healthcare Account. Your main role is to assist members over the phone with their healthcare-related concerns such as benefits, claims, and account inquiries. You will provide clear and accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience.


  • Handle incoming calls from healthcare members.
  • Answer questions about benefits, claims, billing, and eligibility.
  • Record and update member information in the system.
  • Provide friendly and professional service at all times.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Allied or Social Sciences (with or without license) + 1 year experience in patient care or healthcare BPO.
  • For Non-Allied/Other Courses: Associate or College Graduate + 2 years’ experience in patient care or healthcare BPO.
  • Good communication skills and customer service mindset.
  • Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
