Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our car rental team as a Blended Car Rental Agent. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, manage rental transactions, and promote additional services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

 - Greet customers and provide information on rental cars and policies

 - Process rental transactions, including taking payments and issuing rental agreements

 - Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Sales:

 - Promote upgrades and additional services to customers, such as insurance or GPS navigation systems

 - Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Operations:

 - Inspect vehicles for damage and ensure they are clean and ready for rental
