Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Client Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with customers to schedule appointments, gather feedback, and promote a positive customer experience.


The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.


  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to schedule protocol appointments and provide information about our products and services.
  • Engage with customers to gather valuable feedback by professionally encouraging them to share a review, offering a complimentary gift as a token of appreciation.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and heard throughout the outreach process.
  • Verify client information and ensure accurate data entry into the system for their online purchases.
  • Provide clear and accurate details about services, appointment requirements, and follow-up protocols.
  • Address client inquiries and handle objections with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain a client-focused approach to ensure satisfaction and build trust.
  • Achieve daily and weekly outreach and feedback collection targets while adhering to company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and consistent messaging.


Requirements


  • 1–2 years of experience in client outreach, customer service, or appointment setting, ideally in an eCommerce or service-focused environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong English fluency
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and outreach platforms to manage customer interactions
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Goal-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with customers from a wide range of backgrounds
