Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Provide friendly, prompt, and solution-oriented service to customers.
Assist with order processing, returns, and refunds.
Follow up until customer issues are fully resolved.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate solutions.
Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty through professional service.
Stay updated on the latest product, service, and company policy information.

High school graduates are welcome to apply, (D3/S1) will be an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of empathy and patience, with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and act quickly.
Proficient in using CRM systems and customer service platforms.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Willing for WFH (Work From Home) position.
