Description

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Provide friendly, prompt, and solution-oriented service to customers.
  • Assist with order processing, returns, and refunds.
  • Follow up until customer issues are fully resolved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate solutions.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty through professional service.
  • Stay updated on the latest product, service, and company policy information.

Requirements

  • High school graduates are welcome to apply, (D3/S1) will be an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of empathy and patience, with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and act quickly.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and customer service platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willing for WFH (Work From Home) position.
