Responsibilities:
1. Provide customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
3. Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate and professional responses.
4. Record and organize customer issues, regularly report to supervisors, and assist in improving service processes.
5. Perform other related tasks as assigned by the department.

College degree or higher in any field; prior experience in customer service or related areas is a plus.
2. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; capable of effectively managing various types of customers.
3. Patient, responsible, and a strong team player, with the capacity to work under pressure.
4. Proficient in standard office software and customer service platforms.
5. English proficiency is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
