Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred. Or if not College graduate proceed to experience level
• Experience Level: 6 mos experience in customer service or call center environment.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in customer service, effective communication skills in English, and familiarity with call center operations.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Working Conditions: Availability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
