Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide clear and accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer concerns quickly and with empathy.
Record all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Work with the team to improve customer service processes.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years in customer service.
Skills: Good English communication, customer-focused, and proficient in MS Office.
Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, good interpersonal communication, and ability to stay calm during challenging situations.
