Description
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Process orders, refunds, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards customers at all times.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong public speaking and negotiation abilities, effective sales support and training skills, proficiency in Customer Relationship Management.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with regular interaction with customers.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent presentation skills, and a proactive approach to outside sales.
