Description
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product information and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in training programs for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, working with a team and occasional evening shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
