Description

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide prompt, courteous answers to inquiries from
  • customers by phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Describe the qualities, advantages, and application of the product or service to clients.
  • Resolve Complaints: Be polite when handling and resolving client complaints or concerns.
  • Handle Transactions and Orders: Help with payments, exchanges, refunds, and order placing.
  • Updating and managing client data in databases or CRM systems is part of
  • maintaining customer records.


Job Requirements:

  • Open for undergraduates
  • With at least 6 months of experience in Customer Service
  • With experience in Financial/ Fraud/Telco/Banking is an advantage
  • Can start as soon as possible
  • Willing to work in Taguig City
