Job Description

  • Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through online chat interactions
  • Assist customers with placing orders online, tracking of deliveries and processing of refunds
  • Meet and exceed performance targets (KPI metrics) including response time, volume of chat and quality audits
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction at all times
  • Coordination between different internal departments to resolve a customer inquiry or complaint
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to further enhance customer service skills and product


Qualifications

  • Must be at least college level
  • At least 6 months experience working in the BPO industry is a must
  • Preferably with logistics and ecommerce background
  • Must be amenable to work onsite in BGC
