• Document customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and concerns in the system.
• Adhere to established communication protocols, service standards, and internal policies.
• Direct more complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or department for further handling.
• Ensure the information provided to customers is correct, complete, and supported by the appropriate tools and systems.
• Understand and evaluate customer needs to provide tailored support and ensure a positive experience.
