- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Stay informed about product offerings and promotions to effectively assist customers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: At least high school graduate
- Experience Level: With or without experience. Fresh grads & tenured are WELCOME!
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; strong customer service skills; experience in call center environments; excellent interpersonal skills.
