About the Role

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and moderating online content to ensure it follows the platform’s community guidelines. Your role helps keep the digital space safe, accurate, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• Review user-generated content such as images, videos, text, and profiles

• Identify and remove content that violates policies or safety guidelines

• Maintain accuracy and consistency while making moderation decisions

• Escalate complex cases following standard procedures

• Protect platform integrity by monitoring harmful, sensitive, or misleading material

• Work in a fast-paced environment with shifting schedules

Qualifications

• At least HS Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

• With at least 1 year BPO experience OR customer-facing experience

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Comfortable moderating sensitive content

• Good English communication skills

• Amenable to shifting schedules and onsite work in Taguig
