A Thai Bilingual Customer Service Representative provides excellent customer support to both Thai- and English-speaking customers. This role is responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through clear and professional communication in both languages. The representative supports company operations by accurately documenting interactions and following service standards.


Key Responsibilities


  • Respond to customer inquiries in Thai and English via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Assist customers with account updates, orders, returns, refunds, or service requests
  • Translate or clarify information for Thai-speaking customers when necessary
  • Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or appropriate departments
  • Meet performance and quality standards set by the company
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service guidelines
