- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Document interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Participate in training and development sessions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than one year of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in customer service software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and maintain service standards.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with potential remote work opportunities.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards customer satisfaction.
