The Role

As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the analytics team, supporting audience intelligence programs across marketing, social listening, audience engagement, and user experience. Your work will shape insights, predict trends, and refine our digital analytics capabilities.


What You Will Do

  • Develop and enhance measurement strategies to track performance, improve business outcomes, and strengthen audience engagement.
  • Analyze and visualize data from digital analytics, user behavior studies, and audience intelligence programs.
  • Design and execute experiments such as A/B and multivariate testing to predict user behavior and optimize products.
  • Conduct primary research (surveys, social listening, cohort analysis) to uncover audience motivations and trends.
  • Collaborate across teams (product, marketing, editorial, sales) to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Present and advocate findings through reports, dashboards, and compelling presentations to stakeholders.
  • Refine research methodologies by integrating industry trends, internal data sources, and analytics best practices.


Minimum Qualifications

What You Will Need

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, statistics, or a related field, OR 2+ years in web analytics, social media, behavioral sciences, or product management.

  • Analytical Skills: Experience working with multiple data sources, statistical tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Research & Experimentation: Knowledge of A/B testing, user research, and audience segmentation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools and basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills in English and Tagalog to present complex data clearly.
  • Adaptability & Initiative: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a strong bias for action.


Soft Skills Needed for Success

  • Strong communication in English and Tagalog, (verbal/written/presentation), and listening skills who can present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Exhibit effective time management and organizational skills. Billable time experience a plus.
  • Comfortable in a very fast-paced environment with strong bias towards action to achieve results.
  • High growth companies and/or start-up experience is a plus.
