We are looking for Data Analyst to join the team! The Data Analyst will be responsible for cleaning compensation data at a micro and macro-level, loading data into local systems, generating validation reports, and providing job match recommendations. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to complete multiple submissions on schedule and with 100% accuracy. The candidate will be highly detail-oriented and have excellent data manipulation skills using Microsoft Excel.

• Perform micro and macro data cleaning, validation, and approve client data with accuracy.
• Create data validation reports and provide job-matching recommendations.
• Contribute to team metrics and ensure timely, error-free delivery of outputs.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Product Leaders, and cross-functional teams to maintain high data quality.
• Support Data Management scope expansion by joining working groups and special project teams.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel while Microsoft Access is a plus.
• Intermediate experience in problem-solving, analytical skills with highest attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word. Familiarity with Microsoft Project and PowerPoint is a plus.
• Familiarity with compensation functions and job benchmarking is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete multiple projects with very tight deadlines
