Description
- The position will be under purchasing department.
- Enter data into a database or computer system like purchase order, sales invoice and etc.
- Compare data to source documents to check for errors.
- Update records, create new records, and delete obsolete ones.
- Organize and maintain files and databases.
- Follow company policies to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
- Identify and report data-related issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Respond to data inquiries promptly and professionally.
- College Graduate
- With at least 1year Experience in Product Encoding
- With at least 40 WPM
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Proficiency with data entry tools
- Knowledge of formulas in Excel
- Knowledgeable in using AIMS is a plus.
- Willing to be assigned at Del Monte Avenue, Quezon City
