Conducting routine checks to detect errors or data duplication.
Regularly storing and archiving physical and digital documents.
Maintaining the confidentiality of company information and sensitive data.
Generating data reports as required by the team or management.
Coordinating with other teams to ensure the completeness of information.

Minimum education of high school/vocational school, diploma preferred.
Proficient in using computers and data processing software (Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, or ERP systems).
Detail-oriented, fast, and able to work within deadlines.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Experience in administration or data entry is an advantage.
