Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist with 3–5 years of professional background in e-commerce or digital operations. The role involves managing product listings, maintaining accurate catalog data, and supporting online store operations. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, advanced data entry skills, and solid experience working with e-commerce platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Amazon, or WooCommerce.

• Enter, verify, and maintain accurate product information including descriptions, pricing, categories, and attributes.

• Upload and optimize product images based on platform requirements.

• Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance.

• Monitor stock levels and update inventory data in real time.

• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotional updates, product launches, and price changes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues or discrepancies.

• Generate reports related to product performance, inventory accuracy, and listing updates.

• Support administrative tasks that contribute to smooth e-commerce operations.


Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce data entry, product listing management, or catalog operations.

• Strong accuracy, organizational skills, and high attention to detail.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas, data cleaning).

• Experience working with at least one major e-commerce platform (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Amazon, etc.).

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Reliable internet connection and own device suited for remote work.

• Must be amenable to work in US Time Zone.
