Description

We are looking for a Detail-oriented Virtual Assistant Data Entry to join our remote team. You will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining various types of data across our systems and platforms. This role is crucial to ensure the quality, consistency, and accessibility of data for the entire team.


  • Entering and updating data in spreadsheets, databases, CRM, and other platforms
  • Reviewing data to identify errors or inconsistencies and ensuring accuracy
  • Conducting regular data cleaning and verification
  • Organizing files and documents in a structured and secure manner
  • Generating reports from collected data as needed
  • Assisting with basic administrative tasks as required
  • Communicating with the team to resolve data discrepancies


Requirements

  • Experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Virtual Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent typing skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and cloud-based tools
  • Ability to write well in English
  • Effective time management skills and capability to work independently
  • Fast and stable internet connection
  • Available during work hours or as per agreed schedule


Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school graduate or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
  • Previous remote data entry experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of tools such as Airtable, Notion, Asana, or CRM is an advantage but not mandatory — training will be provided
