• Analyze technical documents (e.g., blueprints, specifications, and proposals) to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• With related experience in construction fit outs, offices, data centers
• Work closely with engineering, design, procurement, and project management teams to gather information for estimates.
• Prepare labor, material, and equipment cost estimates for proposed projects.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and pre-bid reviews to ensure accurate scoping of work.
• Develop and maintain a database of historical cost data and pricing for future reference.
• Support project execution teams with technical input during project implementation.
• Ensure all estimates comply with company standards, client requirements, and applicable codes and regulations.
• Continuously improve estimating tools, methods, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineer.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical or estimating role.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and construction or manufacturing processes (industry-dependent).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, RSMeans, or equivalent).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong mathematical/analytical skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
