Description
- Responsible for timely delivery of packages to designated locations.
- Ensure safe handling and transportation of goods.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status.
- Perform vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; formal education not mandatory.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of delivery driving experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong driving skills, excellent interpersonal communication, ability to drive safely and responsibly, and basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure timely deliveries, maintain vehicle cleanliness, collect payments, and comply with traffic regulations.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor work in various weather conditions; may involve lifting and carrying packages.
- Qualities and Traits: Responsible, punctual, friendly, and capable of working independently.
