Description

  • Coordinate and oversee the return process of defective, damaged, or expired goods to suppliers.
  • Ensure proper documentation of RTV items including return authorizations, packing lists, and shipping records.
  • Liaise with vendors for approvals, schedules, and credit issuance for returned items.
  • Maintain detailed RTV logs and ensure timely processing and closure of RTV transactions.
  • Manage the segregation, categorization, and valuation of salvageable items.
  • Identify items for repurposing, disposal, or donation in line with company policy.
  • Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the salvage area in the warehouse.
  • Monitor inventory levels of salvage and RTV items to prevent overflow and misplacement.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure correct tagging, labeling, and storage of salvage items.


  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or return management.
  • Strong understanding of RTV processes, vendor policies, and warehouse systems.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, WMS).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
