Coordinate and oversee the return process of defective, damaged, or expired goods to suppliers.
Ensure proper documentation of RTV items including return authorizations, packing lists, and shipping records.
Liaise with vendors for approvals, schedules, and credit issuance for returned items.
Maintain detailed RTV logs and ensure timely processing and closure of RTV transactions.
Manage the segregation, categorization, and valuation of salvageable items.
Identify items for repurposing, disposal, or donation in line with company policy.
Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the salvage area in the warehouse.
Monitor inventory levels of salvage and RTV items to prevent overflow and misplacement.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure correct tagging, labeling, and storage of salvage items.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or return management.
Strong understanding of RTV processes, vendor policies, and warehouse systems.
Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, WMS).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
