Monthly Basic Salary:

Php 133,370.00


The Department Head (DH) plans, directs, controls, oversees and coordinates all activities of the Department pertinent to the evaluation of loan accounts of closed banks; administration of loan portfolio until Asset Distribution Plan (ADP) termination; and formulates and implements strategies to maximize loan collection and recovery including the sale of loan accounts, and disposition of mortgaged properties. S/he manages and monitors all personnel of the Department related to management and administration of loans of closed banks and those acquired by PDIC thru the grant of financial assistance (FA) or as payment in kind of subrogated deposits from closed banks.

Requirements

Education:

  • Master’s degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC OR CES/CSE Eligibility


Experience:

120 hours of supervisory/managerial training/learning and development intervention OR minimum of 60 hours of supervisory/management training/learning and development intervention AND maximum of 60 hours of technical training programs related to:
