DevOps 工程師支持整個組織基礎設施和部署流程的實施、自動化及優化。此角色專注於執行 DevOps 最佳實踐，確保服務可靠性、提升系統性能，並提供符合客戶和業務需求的技術解決方案。DevOps 工程師與團隊密切合作，識別並解決技術問題，簡化工作流程，並提供卓越的客戶服務，幫助確保我們的客戶獲得高效、一致且可擴展的 IT 支持。
- 使用 Rewst、Jinja 和 PowerShell 開發新的自動化腳本和工作流程。
- 改進和維護現有自動化，以確保運行順利及錯誤處理。
- 處理錯誤修正，解決自動化系統中出現的問題。
- 與其他團隊成員合作，確保自動化工作流程與其他系統的平滑集成。
- 記錄自動化過程，並在必要時為團隊成員提供培訓或支持。
