- To handle the E-Commerce platform.
- Assist in handling digital marketing - related tasks which includes artwork and copies for posting, Social Media activities of dealers/partners and others.
- Check overall performance of the platform, monitor orders and sees to it that orders are processed especially if it's under drop shipping.
- Join campaigns, attend seminars, chat support, communications with Lazteam/FBL/VKAM.
- Processing of inward orders and forward to admin for encoding and delivery.
- Request Jobs to DGA for campaigns and updating store/product decorations.
- Check competitor standings in the platform.
- Monthly SOC.
- Ensure zero variance of CS inventory in all online platform partners.
